If something isn’t right with your order, we are committed to making it right.
We deliver high-quality African-inspired products that reflect the vibrant spirit of Kenya and Africa. Each item is carefully inspected and securely packaged before shipping.
If you are not satisfied with your order, we offer refunds or store credit (credit notes) under the conditions outlined below.
You may request a refund or credit note if:
The item was purchased and paid for at checkout.
Your order arrived damaged, defective, or was lost in transit.
Your return request is submitted within 7 days of receiving the product.
The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
Please note that we cannot process returns or refunds if:
You changed your mind about the purchase.
The wrong item was ordered.
The item has been opened, used, or is not in its original packaging (unless defective).
We recommend carefully inspecting your order upon delivery. If there’s an issue, contact us immediately.
All return requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your order.
Returned items must be shipped back in their original condition and packaging.
If the above conditions are not met, refunds or credit notes may not be processed.
To initiate a return or refund request, email us at sales@selectionssouvenir.com with your order number and reason for the return.
Once approved:
A credit note will be issued to your Selections Souvenirs account within 24 hours of receiving and verifying the item.
A refund will be processed within 3–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Please note that reversal times depend on your bank or payment provider.
⚠️ Refunds are issued only through the original payment method.
⚠️ Shipping charges are non-refundable.
