1. Our Commitment to You
1.1 We aim to deliver high-quality, authentic products that reflect the vibrant spirit of Kenya and Africa. Each item goes through careful inspection and packaging before dispatch.
1.2 We offer refunds or store credit (credit notes) under the conditions outlined below.
2. When You Are Eligible for a Refund or Credit Note
You may request a refund or credit note if:
You paid for the item at checkout;
Your product was damaged, lost, or defective upon delivery;
Your return request is submitted within 48 hours of receiving the product;
The item is returned unused, in its original packaging.
3. When Returns Are Not Accepted
Please note, we will not process returns or refunds under the following circumstances:
You changed your mind;
You ordered the wrong product;
The item has been opened, used, or is not in its original packaging (unless it’s defective).
We kindly ask that you inspect your order upon delivery. If there is any issue, please reach out immediately.
4. Return Window
4.1 All return requests must be made within 48 hours of receiving your package. 4.2 Returned items must be shipped back to us in original condition and packaging.
If the return does not meet these conditions, we may be unable to offer a refund or credit note.
5. Refund Process
5.1 To request a refund or store credit, please email us at support@selectionssouvenirs.com with your order number and reason for the return.
5.2 If approved:
A credit note will be issued to your Selections Souvenirs account within 24 hours after we receive and verify the returned item.
A refund will be processed within 3–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Timing of reversal into your account may depend on your bank or payment provider.
Refunds are issued through the original method of payment only.
